EU Commissioner for Budget, Piotr Serafin, visits HYDRAS on his Tour D’Europe to discuss about smart farming for a resilient future. During his tour across the European Union he consults decision-makers, regions, citizens, businesses and other relevant stakeholders on the EU budget.
